RENOVATION

This project began with a feasibility study to explore options for enhancing the kitchen and dining experience. After carefully considering various possibilities, the client chose to merge two separate rooms into a spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining, and family area—creating a more functional and inviting heart of the home. The transformation required structural modifications, with input from a Structural Engineer, and I managed the building warrant process to ensure a smooth and compliant transition.
