Innovate Architectural Studios is a chartered practice led by Samuel Hinchliffe, a Chartered Architect in Dundee, working across Tayside, Fife, Angus, Perthshire and the Scottish Borders on extensions, renovations, new builds and sensitive alterations.

I work with homeowners and small commercial clients to develop considered design solutions grounded in context, regulation and cost. From early feasibility through planning and building warrant, the focus is on resolving projects properly - in the detail as much as in the concept - so decisions are informed and risk is reduced.
