I’m Sam, founder and architect behind Innovate Architectural Studios.

I work with homeowners and small commercial clients on projects that often represent significant investment and long-term change - from extensions and refurbishments to new builds.

My role isn’t just to design something that looks good. It’s to help you understand what you’re stepping into, see your options clearly, and make informed decisions from the outset.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects, from small domestic alterations to complex listed buildings and commercial spaces. That experience has shown me that the biggest challenges aren’t usually creative - they’re about coordination, approvals, budgets, and having the right information at the right time.

I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach. You bring the priorities, how you live, and what you want your space to become. I bring the technical knowledge, regulatory understanding, and design discipline needed to turn that into something that can be properly resolved and built.

The aim is always the same: a project that runs more smoothly, costs what you expect, and delivers a space that genuinely works for you.

Let’s talk about your project.

If this approach resonates, the next step is a conversation. We can talk through your ideas, what you’re looking to achieve, and how best to move forward.
